Very convenient location for those visiting Sugarloaf Mountain to hike. Pretty quaint set up, but your wine by the glass or bottle, some simple snacks to buy inside or from a pizza food truck outside. Weekends they always have live music to enjoy, and plenty of space to hang out with friends and family. Even some yard space to play around with a ball or yard games.

This is an amazing place to visit for great wine, atmosphere and food. There was a food truck and great live music. The staff are knowledge with the faces re the winey and they are great fun. We had the best afternoon here drinking Sangria and testing the lovely wine. Even had a tour.

Fun brewery with tour options and quality wines. There’s indoor and outdoor seating options. You can also reserve an area inside a tent with some heat lamps as well. Prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of parking available.

I've gone to Sugarloaf twice now and - as another reviewer noted - it's such a hidden gem. Not that far to get to and great scenic views. Plenty of outdoor seating with a great property - nice patio or grassy picnic area. I've gone with large and small groups so they can accommodate it all. Depending on the season, they do have charcuterie on site as well as food trucks. Of course you're welcome to BYO and have a picnic. In terms of wine, I really like doing their flights so I get to try a bit of everything. It's a fair price and fair pours. I do have to say I'm not as much of a fan of their blended wines, but I really go for atmosphere and the treat of getting a mini-escape so having a flight, cheese and good music is all I need.

Very hard to imagine a better afternoon and reward after hiking. Beautiful place, great wine, friendly service, relaxing live music and gorgeous scenery

Quality, affordable, thoughtful, enjoyable wines in most relaxing setting. The winery tucked away in forest hamlet near Sugarloaf mountain is local favorite. Joining the 🏆 club gets you complimentary flights, vip access to weekend music festival style events and more. Good selection of 🍷 with hearty Cab Franc and crisp vignoiere and Chardonnay suitable for all pallets. Try closing eyes and doing comparison, visions on Napa appear.. Get in on vintage early before its gone. 2019 Cab Franc is worth a sip. Cheers 🍻

Always a pleasant stop. Be sure to sample the flight, then select a bottle to enjoy. They have snacks to accompany your selection, and sometimes a good truck and/or live music. You'll never be disappointed doing here!

Didn’t partake in the wine but had food from the Sala food truck, which was really good. The people who had wine seemed to like it and saw a couple of them buying bottles to take away. Definitely recommend going there as it isn’t too far from DC and has a really nice vibe.
